Talarico will share case studies to demonstrate specific objectives and how they were achieved as well as tips on how to retain customers.

About Our Speaker:

Lenny Talarico, CSEP, CHE is an Experiential Architect with more than 25 years of engagement producing events and entertainment. He is regarded for his contribution to many iconic Las Vegas offerings throughout his career. During his tenure with MGM Resorts he produced high-profile international events including: grand openings, entertainment launches and industry meetings, many of which have been recognized with multiple ESPRIT and GALA awards. Since 2010 he has been an instructor at The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) partnering with industry executives creating the first of its kind Design Lab, an on campus tactile learning environment supporting multiple disciplines in the hospitality curriculum. He is both a CSEP (Certified Special Event Professional) and CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator).
