Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the International Live Event Association, Los Angeles Chapter (ILEA-LA). Our Chapter supports the Los Angeles events industry and gives companies an opportunity to have targeted visibility, broad advertising reach and prominent positioning throughout the Special Events & Hospitality industry of the Greater Los Angeles Area.

ILEA-LA creates the space for learning, networking and helping drive our industry forward.

ILEA Los Angeles offers sponsorship opportunities to businesses who want to gain exposure and recognition with members of our association and the Los Angeles special events community. Your sponsorship participation serves as an important resource allowing us to provide valuable programs and services to our members and are critical to the success of our events and activities. 

For current ILEA members, there are three levels of Chapter Sponsorship to allow you to choose the level that is right for your company.All Chapter Sponsorship packages include the Sponsor’s logo and website link on the ILEA-LA website listed according to the Sponsor’s contribution level.

Additionally, you’ll receive the following based on your contribution level: 

DIAMOND PARTNER CHAPTER SPONSOR $15,000+ In-Kind OR $5,000 Cash

• Two guest passes for one ILEA-LA Signature Event of Sponsor’s choosing.
• Four vouchers redeemable for tickets to any of ILEA- LA’s Education or Relationship events of Sponsor’s choosing.
• One Member Spotlight in ILEA-LA Newsletter and/ or Website.
• Six Sponsor-specific posts on ILEA-LA Social Media sites.
• “Diamond Partner” name tag identification for Sponsor’s registered attendees at all events.
• “Diamond Partner” certificate presented at the end of the programming year.
• Logo listed on ILEA LA website
• Presentation from Podium 

PLATINUM LEVEL CHAPTER SPONSOR $10,000 to $14,999 In-Kind OR $3,000 Cash

• One guest pass for one ILEA-LA Signature Event of Sponsor’s choosing.
• Two vouchers redeemable for tickets to any of ILEA- LA’s Education or Relationship events of Sponsor’s choosing.
• One Member Spotlight in ILEA-LA Newsletter and/or Website.
• Four Sponsor-specific posts on ILEA-LA Social Media sites.
• “Platinum Level” name tag identification for Sponsor’s registered attendees at all events.
• “Platinum Level” certificate presented at the end of the programming year.  

GOLD LEVEL CHAPTER SPONSOR $5,000 to $9,999 In-Kind OR $1,500 Cash

• Two vouchers redeemable for tickets to any of ILEA-LA’sEducation or Relationship events of Sponsor’s choosing.
• Two Sponsor-specific posts on ILEA-LA Social Media sites.
• “Gold Level” name tag identification for Sponsor’s registered attendees at all events.
• “Gold Level” certificate presented at the end of the programming year.

 BRONZE LEVEL CHAPTER SPONSOR $1,500 to $3,000 In-Kind OR $300 Cash

• One voucher redeemable for ticket to any of ILEA-LA’s
• Education or Relationship events of Sponsor’s choosing.
• One Sponsor-specific post on ILEA-LA Social Media sites.
• “Bronze Level” name tag identification for Sponsor’s registered attendees at all events.
• “Bronze Level” certificate presented at the end of the programming year.
